Hyatt Place Nashville/Green Hills

Closeness to the MS Clinic is the main reason I stay at this location. The accessible room is good as well. Although I did not eat breakfast this time, it has been good in the past. Lastly, the staff is always very nice.

I do not like having to pay for parking. It seems excessive to pay $30 on top of room rate. Additionally, it is difficult to get a reservation directly with Hyatt Place -all booking people are remote/maybe even not in the country. I was told once I could get a better rate by calling directly since I’m there for Vanderbilt treatment, but I’ve never been able to actually connect with someone to do that.

When we first arrived it was a little difficult finding the front entrance and parking

The location was great for what we wanted to do. We loved the room overall. The bathroom was our only complaint. The sink area is too small, and there's too much space next to the toilet. I broke my ankle a couple of months ago and have problems getting up. There wasn't much to hold on to to for support. This, of course, is a me problem that will get better. The sink area, however, could be expanded since there's so much room. It was not an ADA room, so there was no reason we could see for that. We really liked the couch area. It was way more comfortable than what we've experienced in other hotels.

Relatively comfortable beds and a pretty good breakfast by American standards.

What is absolutely unacceptable is that the rooms are only serviced every other day. Guests staying for two nights have to go without fresh towels and without a made bed on the second night, while paying exactly the same rate as for the first night. A very strange standard for a hotel!!! Definitely not recommendable.
