Solo Society Hybrid Hotel Vilnius

The hotel location: just out of the bus station and about 5 min walk from/to the train station The co-working space is really cool! - amazing design too The smell of their toiletries Friendly staff Welcome snacks - very good and appreciative of the hotel giving water, gummy bears and tea/coffee Had a small kitchenette in the room - I did not use but important to have. It has a fridge as well. About 11 minute walk from the local market Spacious bathroom

I stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. I was told that during the 4th day the room will be cleaned - it was not. I appreciate the fact that the hotel does not bother guests with daily cleaning/changing towels, but by the 5th day at least the trash could have been taken out. They give toiletries, but 2 small bottles of shower gel are not enough for 4 nights/5 days. I asked at the reception for an extra one, and I was given one once. The 4th day I asked for one more extra as I needed to wash my hair - the staff at the reception seemed to have written it down in the system, but nobody had ever gotten back to me about the matter. I had to buy my own shampoo and shower gel (which is fine, especially since I travelled by bus so the size of the bottle did not bother, however, it would have been nice to know that there are somewhat VERY limited toiletries offered).

It’s a very nice hotel — clean, comfortable, and freshly renovated. The room has a kettle and a microwave, which is very convenient. I really liked the cleanliness, location, and facilities.

Obsługa recepcji i czystość w obiekcie. Była pyszna kawa ;)

Brak Tv w pokoju, Pani serwująca śniadania była bardzo nie miła i siedząca wiecznie w telefonie, mała restauracja żeby zjeść śniadanie, mały wybór produktów na śniadanie, zbyt duża cena za takie słabe śniadania, fochy personelu o to że poprosiliśmy do dołożenie jajecznicy czy parówek. Parówki były zimne, jajecznicy nie było wogole, więc jeśli ktoś chciał skorzystać ze śniadanka po 8:30 to praktycznie nie miał co jeść. Zdecydowanie zbyt późna godzina na śniadanie i zbyt krótki czas serwowania śniadań jak na tak duży obiekt. Brudne talerze i sztućce też mieliśmy. Zbyt łóżko w pokoju.
