Bed was comfy and whole room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and tried their best to answer queries. Excellent location at 5 mins walk to BCS.
Not sure if it's for the hotel but there was renovation on the building and they started in morning ended in evening. Not possible to sleep in.

The location is very strategic—close to popular cafés, marts, shops, malls, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Not to mention the numerous spas and massage parlors just around the corner! Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious, giving a modern city hotel feel.

Good location. Staff all are very welcoming and friendly.
The bedroom pillow too hard and sound proof not strong enough. Always can hear music very loud during the night and construction work in the morning.
