The location is quite near to the St Anne's church. Free parking available.
Overall for a budgeted stay, this will be a good place. They do have food stalls directly opposite the homestay.
Not encourage for couples going for vacation. Can hear the neighbour chatting beside the balcony.

The place is comfortable and quiet, suitable for those who want the relaxing atmosphere. Very recommended for those who are travelling. And there wasn't any weird smell like cigarettes, etc.
From what I see and experience, there are no whatsoever issues.
