Iva Old Town

Nice host, very clean room and decent size.

Nothing

IVA Old Town delivers an exceptional stay in Belgrade. The apartment is spotless, well looked after, and clearly maintained with great care. What truly sets it apart is the host's hospitality. The owner provides warm, attentive service and makes sure you have everything needed for a seamless stay. Combined with its fantastic location in the heart of Old Town, it's a top-tier choice for anyone visiting Belgrade. Highly recommended!

The only minor inconvenience was the access procedure after 10 PM, which was a bit cumbersome.

Andrei is very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Check in was a smooth and quick process. The room was very clean and has everything you need. There's a kettle and separate sink for dishware which I appreciate too. Ironing boards are available by the desk, I saw there are also sewing kits in case of a wardrobe malfunction and that's a nice touch. The location is nearby everything you need. Overall I liked it all, it's all ground level which did not bother me but might bother others.

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything so much easier. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The place itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
