The villa was spotless with high end appliance's, showers ,furniture etc good quality towels, had good electric gate security. Check-in was easy with key safe. . Excellent location for beach ,town restaurants, ferries. Area very quiet villa on no through road so no traffic noise, We stayed with our two daughters and grandchildren who loved the private swimming pool, the terrace was lovely and very cool which was a blessing in the heat as was the air-con. Aldi ten min walk from property, great pizza less than 5 min with gardens.

Information folder would have been very useful. especially for recycling No welcome pack which we found really surprising as this is high budget villa. Although the villa is for 8 there is only 4 sunbeds which was disappointing, One of the double bedrooms had no wardrobe or hang rail .The situation of the villa is excellent but the walk to the beach town etc is via a steep hill taxis and buses a bit hit and miss.

Very good location for Desenzano locations and getting about the lake

Parking is tight but manageable. Recycling takes a while to get used to.

Lovely house in a great location. Pool was great especially nice to dive into after a long hot day.

The check in experience was challenging. Instructions to get into the property are not very straightforward and could be made easier. Parking very tight better off parking car on the road.

Great location! The house was spotless, fully equipped and spacious. MGH was always quick to respond to questions and very kind and helpful.

A more detailed instruction manual on how certain items in the property work. Information was now scattered and sparse. The wifi was freely accessible, we’d advise securing it with a password.
