Very economical in an otherwise expensive DC Metro area. This single bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-tree'd complex is a 10-15 drive to the Dunn-Loring Metro stop on the Orange line, which has ample parking and allows easy access to downtown DC. The host, Khalid, is very responsive with communications.
Would do again, so ...

The property was in a great location and very nice to stay in. The fold out beds were tough to sleep on so we brought an air mattress. I would recommend brining and mattress topper for the couch bed. Over all we had an amazing stay and it fit our family of 6 just fine. The property owner was always there to answer any questions we had! We would book again if we ever make the trip back.

Loved the location! It was perfectly situated—close enough to D.C. for everything we needed during our trip. The full kitchen was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings.
Overall, the apartment felt quite dirty — the walls didn’t seem clean, and the rugs were very worn and grimy. They do provide a rolling bed, which is convenient, but it felt flimsy when we used it. This property might work if you’re on a tight budget, but it’s definitely not the best option for comfort or cleanliness.
