This house and landscaping made us truly feel we were in a tropical paradise.

The house was comfortable and the landscaping was beautiful. We loved listening to the frogs and birds and the flowers and fruit made the house truly memorable. The host Arthur was a joy to talk with and so helpful with our questions.

There was nothing that we did not like.

I am incredibly grateful to the host for helping me unlock the door late at night; it was a huge comfort after a day of

The house is kept very clean, and the surrounding environment is truly close to nature. Listening to the sounds of birds and frogs is incredibly refreshing and delightful.

Quiet neighborhood location and a comfortable house!

Arthur was a great host and was very responsive when we had any questions or issues. We really liked the renovated house and the quiet location. There were a lot of beach supplies in the carport, if we needed them.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms, just in the main room. We made it work by placing fans in the bedroom doorways.

Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and full of character, with a stylish and cozy design throughout. The backyard is especially lovely and very relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the host provided clear and detailed instructions, which made everything very easy. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the quality of the bedding is excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The only minor issue was that one of the stove burners couldn’t regulate temperature properly, but after informing the host, they responded promptly and said they would arrange a repair soon. Overall, it’s a charming home that’s perfect for a family stay and offers great value. The location is also convenient—about a 15-minute drive to Hilo and only around 4 miles to the breach.
