Great location. Modern, clean and spacious.
The photos when I booked showed stunning views whether it said city or sea views. That is a reason I booked. Our view was of Macdonalds drive through, and was south facing so no sun. So when you book check where your room is. I recommend to be above level 10 to get some elevation and not south if you like sun.

Proximity to light rail was excellent. Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Sea view was adequate.
Asked to be moved to a north facing apartment as south facing apartments don't get direct sunlight and in spring time are very exposed to a south wind (might be preferable in summer but probably not as a new tower under construction will block the views to the SE). Didn't get to move apartments in the 7 nights we were there, shame.
