I love this location and the friendliness of the staff. They helped my husband surprise me for my birthday by letting my kids decorate the room. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. I love the room and the lobby for its comfy and relaxing vibe. This is my fourth stay at this hotel.
The bathroom floor was dirty. I noticed it after I had to clean the floor from using the non-enclosed shower, which is quite messy. Everything else was great.

Great location, cool property.
No free breakfast, had only one bed, so I had to sleep on the pull-out bed. Bed was...okay.

Great staff, very friendly.
The bed was cheap, very uncomfortable. The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud. We asked to switch rooms. We were given instructions on how to adjust the thermostat, and if that didn't work, then they might be able to switch rooms. By the time that all was said and done, it was too late, so we just dealt with it. Didn't sleep much as a result.

I like that it was close to the mall and lots of places to eat. Appreciated the fact that they had a wheelchair available.
The room was just OK, we had a couple of little problems with it and I felt like it was a lot of money for a subpar room.
