Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked. Pool and pickleball courts literally within steps of condo. Beach across the street, a bit farther. A few gas grills in different areas, a bit of a walk from condo though. Condo was clean!

The location is very convenient to the outdoor pool and hot tub. Parking was available right in front of the unit. Very easy 10 min or less drive to drive to shopping outlets, groceries, the dells, hiking and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Unit was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed for some simple meals. Ice maker works great. Quiet complex and very relaxing. Washer and dryer very convenient. Could’ve used better amenities for our needs as we arrived by plane with carryons. It was inconvenient to pack our own pool towels. Only soap in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner. No map of the complex or personal recommendations for restaurants. Ice packs in freezer and insulated cups to take to the pool would’ve been helpful. Despite our wish list for helpful items, we would stay again.

This condo was accurately described, except for that according to the pictures, I thought we would have a lake front view. We could see the lake, but it was through the trees and one layer of condos were in the way. The check in process was super easy as they send you the front door information and everything you need to know about the condo before you get there. The condo was clean and tidy. It was a nice size and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. My only complaint is you can easily hear the people staying above you. We had children staying above us and you could easily hear them walking and jumping around. The condo is located close to downtown and area restaurants. They said the pool was across the street, but there were no signs on the outside of the club house indicating so. Overall, the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in the Dells very much.

The host mixed up the dates so we didn’t have the info we needed to get in. We waited an hour or so to get a return message. The condo was nice and clean and well furnished but the heat was turned down to 60 so it took a while to get up to a comfortable temperature. I also never received an email about check out procedure either.
