Amazing location with great mountain views and a close to Rocky Mountain NP entrance.

House had beautiful views and was very clean. Very accurate description on website. Easy to access and very close drive to everything you would want to do in Estes Park.

We enjoyed our stay. This property had the things that were important to me. The living area furniture was very comfortable, clean and fit all 6 adults. The loft area was a great place to spend the early mornings with our grandkids - while they did a puzzle we could enjoy the view. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you would need, though the non-stick pans weren't my favorite. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. And it was nice that there is a coffee and breakfast place within walking distance.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view is amazing especially for coffee in the mornings. The only complaints we had is that the tv had no cable and was somewhat old without full streaming capabilities. It would be much better with cable or some type of Roku tv for downtime. I did message the group about this as it was stated that it had tv with cable and I received no response. Also the hot water heater was turned way down and was not sufficient for two people to take showers at the same time, much less for 4 people taking showers back to back when coming in from hiking. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay close to RMNP.
