Have stayed at this property a few times now. Beautiful, modern and is always clean. Also, close to town

I recently stayed at this property in Cortez, FL, and it was an amazing experience. Every day, we got to see manatees right from the property, which was the highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing by the water. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Cortez.

This home in a new environmentally conscious was remarkable in that it survived 2 devastating hurricanes, unscathed. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable with ample closets throughout. However, there is minimal storage for clothing other than at the top of closet.
