Very beautiful place had everything u needed. The beach cart was a big plus. The only thing is when arriving at the treetops is that u have to go search where ur place is. There is only 2 entries ways and is very hard to find it. The first entry shows addresses to each numbers, but the other entryway shows no addresses. Our place was very clean and comfortable

While the property was very nice. when we first got there we had to drive around the property 3 times before we figured out that we had to park and walk to the property whish wasn't visible from the road and there was no signage showing where it was. when we called dwell properties i got an answering service that could only take a message. they called back an hour later. luckily we had already figure out where it was. Then when we checked out we looked for a way to call them to tell them we checked out so we left a day later i checked my email and there was the number to call. i forgot to return the parking pass to the unit and this became a major issue ( the pass was a 25cent piece of plastic with the unit number written in felt tip. they called and wanted it sent back so i mailed it to them, then they kept calling asking when they would get it

Complex is older but nice. There are two parking lot entries off of Cordillo. GPS usually takes you to the northernmost entry. Unit is clean and well maintained. Updated fairly recently. One of the nicest VRBO properties that I’ve ever used. Definitely recommended. Pools are nice, but small. Ocean is an easy 10 min walk. Coligny Square is 10-15 minute walk. Great location since you can come in the cross island parkway and avoid a lot of traffic.

Very clean, updated property. Beach chairs and cart provided. Nice living room area with comfy couch and vaulted ceilings. We traveled with my 74 year old mother and the walk to the beach was a bit long for her. Besides that it was a very pleasant stay.
