This small, but well-organized studio apartment in Tuscany is located a few steps from the beach in a modern and renovated building in Marina di Grosseto.
It is located on the third floor and from the private terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment is completely new and furnished with taste and attention to detail.
Ideal for a couple or a family with two children.

From the main road a gate leads to a large car park where each apartment has a covered parking space available.
The apartment also has a small garage where bicycles, surfboards and other sports material can be stored.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.
The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
As the seabed slopes gently towards the sea, the beach is also safe for younger children. Furthermore, Marina di Grosseto is connected to Grosseto, Principina a Mare and to Castiglione della Pescaia through comfortable cycle paths.

The apartment’s furnishing is brand new. The beds are cosy. Everything is really clean. The house is actually pretty close to the sea, the view is fantastic from the balcony! The hosts are nice! I recommended!
