Property was in an excellent location to see the American history sites! This property is an apartment building so I will say parking is tricky to find. Overall, it was clean, and spacious. Modern updates. The view was nice from the room. Hosts were easy to work with and prompt with replies. Would stay here again!

The apt was great and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent. One should be aware that the bell on Constitution Hall does ring every hour and that there is some ambient light from Constitution Hall. The staff at check in and throughout the visit was great. Parking is extremely easy with a garage directly across Chestnut Street that on the wkd is just 13/day. It is easily accessible and had a 6' 9" height so trucks and SUVs not an issue. The gym was decent but could use some updating. Overall a very nice spot that easily help 6 adults.

Room was not clean on check-in. However, the property manager remedy the situation as soon as they were able. Communication was excellent and they brought snacks a bottle of Prosecco to make up for the inconvenience.

Wonderful; welcoming; convenient to history, restaurants, city sights; and clean.Simon was terrific to work with as host and the staff were friendly, professional, as well as courteous. We appreciate the time and efforts on our behalf. Thank you for a great stay that we hope to repeat soon!
