"Welcome Sea View", in my T3 apartment of 48 m2 with a view of Belle Ile, the Château Turpault, the Casino and the large beach. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with quality materials and a neat decoration. The apartment is 50 meters from the large beach and walk from the Thalasso. A large bedroom with dressing room from which you can also see the sea, a bathroom with shower and toilets separate from the bathroom. The apartment is completely new and I pay particular attention to hygiene. Everything is new and of high quality (bedding, kitchen etc...). It is very bright, facing south-west. You can enjoy the very large balcony to admire the magnificent sunsets. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
