We were very pleased with our accommodations and the host was excellent at communicating with us!

Thank you Justin for hosting us. It was a memorable and beautiful place. Loved the Mountain View and we were lucky enough to see bears around the property. It was perfect for us.

Great Smoky Mountain Getaway. The property was beautiful and representative of the photos. Plenty of privacy for everyone.Nothing like sitting on the balcony/deck and enjoying the Mountain View’s Justin was very responsive to a couple of minor issues Great location with easy access to attractions and national park.Definitely 5* Accommodations.

The home is beautiful with a great view and communication with the owner was easy. We did encounter several issues (i.e., dirty wash clothe and towel left, the latch to secure the back door was broken and unable to be secured, outlets in the bathrooms did not work, some of the bathrooms had hair on the floor and shower walls, a remote was not in place and needed batteries, not trash bags on arrival, etc.), but the owner showed empathy and tried to resolve the complaints. Overall, I would still stay here again and hopefully the concerns this time would not persist.
