Absolutely perfect location and a wonderful host. Leo is a great host and resource for your visit. Modena is an often overlooked gem in North Central Italy. Lovely city with so much to offer. Do yourself a favor if you visit Modena, stay at this property!

We had a great stay at the property. The host was very easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining the details of the property. Everything was relatively Americanized. A+

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo’s place in Modena. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Exactly! Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the old town, just steps away from anything you might want to do or see. Check-in was a breeze. Leonardo was very communicative before and during our stay, and responded to messages immediately. He was also kind enough to let us keep our bags at the apartment for several hours after checkout since our train was not until later in the afternoon. A+ stay. Highly recommend. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, equipped kitchen, new furnishings, comfortable and close to center of town. Easy walk from train station. Will stay again.
