Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo and location. The only issues was with the bunk-bed mattresses were worn and springs were pushing up making it uncomfortable. Fortunately most children wouldn’t care about that.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this residence during our mountain biking and hiking getaway. Consistent with other reviews, we found our host, Mammoth Reservations, provided excellent service. We had a few minor items that needed attention, and they were attended to right away. The maintenance guy was respectful, quick, and competent. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the main level is nicely laid out. Primary bedroom is expansive with a nice master bath. The loft office is a nice, albeit small extra space, but we did not find the fold out couch to be usable. We brought our sweet golden doodle along because, happily, this rental is dog friendly, but were surprised to find in the house rules book that pets are not allowed on the carpeted areas, which include all bedrooms and stairs/hallways leading to bedrooms. The location is terrific, being walking distance from the Village, shops, and restaurants, although the neighborhood is in transition.
