The space
The first impression tends to stop people in their tracks. Vaulted ceilings, a 75" Smart TV, a high-quality leather sectional, an electric fireplace, and design details throughout that guests consistently describe as better in person than the photos. One family walked in and the reaction was — their words — "wow, followed by giggles."

The Outdoor Experience

The tiki hut is the backyard anchor — a full bar, lounge seating, dining table, Smart TV, and string lights that create a warm tropical glow after dark. Guests have watched movies out here, hosted burgers-and-pool nights, and stayed outside well past midnight around the fire pit. The fire pit is the evening gathering spot — Jeanine has hosted engagement parties, birthday celebrations, and family reunions around it.

The heated plunge pool sits at the center of the backyard — designed for soaking and cooling off, not laps. It's warm year-round, professionally maintained, and exactly the right size for the space. Six guests have soaked and chatted in it simultaneously. Pool floats included.

The backyard is fully fenced and completely private. A BBQ grill rounds out the setup. A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive.
Pets are welcome. The fenced yard gives them room to roam.

Inside the Home

The interior is newly built and design-forward — vaulted ceilings, tile throughout, a high-quality leather sectional, and details in every room that guests call thoughtfully curated. The primary suite has its own electric fireplace and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

The air hockey table is the indoor entertainment centerpiece — guests have played for hours, hosted tournaments, and called it one of the highlights of the stay. The 75" Smart TV is the largest in the portfolio. An electric fireplace in the living area makes evening gatherings inside feel warm and unhurried.

The kitchen is fully stocked — Ninja blender, Keurig, quality cookware, full dish sets, dining table for six, and breakfast bar seating for three. Sliding glass doors connect the kitchen directly to the tiki hut and patio. Laundry is available for longer stays.

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens — guests consistently call out sleeping comfort, including kids who said these were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on.

The Details Guests Mention

The Morgan story is worth telling: the air hockey table needed attention mid-stay. Jeanine's response was to take the family to a retro arcade for the afternoon. It became the highlight of their trip. That's the hosting standard at this property — not just fixing problems, but turning them into memories.

Other moments guests have mentioned: Jeanine left a congratulatory gift for a family that was in town opening a new business. She texted road closure warnings with alternate directions during a holiday weekend. She sent a technician immediately during a power outage. She personally dropped off a missing item the next morning.

The fire pit has hosted an engagement party of 10. The air hockey table has hosted multi-hour tournaments. The tiki hut has been the setting for movie nights, birthday celebrations, and late evenings that guests said they didn't want to end.

A Note on the Pool and the Neighborhood

The pool is a plunge pool — designed for cooling off, soaking, and relaxing rather than swimming laps. It's warm, clean, and exactly right for the backyard. Multiple guests have specifically called it perfect for the way they actually use a pool on vacation.

The house is in a quiet, residential part of Delray Beach — private and peaceful, but not a neighborhood guests typically walk around in the evenings. A car or Uber is the right way to get to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, and everything Delray has to offer. The drive is about 8 minutes. It's a trade guests consistently say is worth it for the privacy and the price.
