some of the warm food sat in the warmers for too long . Could have been refreshed

The resort is new and nicely designed. We were happy with the food and the general service. Very kind and friendly staff! The laundry service was good, and when we pointed out the cleaning issue in our room, it was solved. The reef in front of the resort is not bad for snorkelling.

Cleaning lacked attention to detail. There are no snacks on the beach side, and there are cameras everywhere inside the resort. This was not a real problem for us, but it may feel uncomfortable at times.

Most of the staff were friendly. Big resort & big pools. Very nice beach. Animation team & Ekaterina were very friendly & well prepared for their job. They made our kids stay very happy & comfortable. Staff in the dining area were very helpful.

Food could be nicer. Some of the staff would bother you constantly to sell you packages/ day trips. The issue was that the prices were extremely high compared to the prices if you booked online through booking (talking about safaris & day trips). Even the Spa prices were extremely high. Room was not the cleanest when we arrived. Some of the staff had poor understanding of English. They said the kids club was open 10:00-21:00 when in fact was not because they were under staff. Some of the staff would bother you in inappropriate moments. For the value i paid compared to other places i have been i did not remain satisfied.
