FAV has standard and we like the chain. Might be relatively expansive a bit but great value. After staying at dozen favs I can say it is a good chain.

Clean and new. Quite modern as well. Good location.
For the price we paid we were surprised by a couple of things. There was no water in the room, you had to take a water jug to the first floor and fill it up. Parking costs 2000 yen per night which should have been advertised. Breakfast was included but when we got there it was not included for our child, only the adults. Also the breakfast options were quite limited. I would not choose to stay here again at this price.
