Came over from Washington for a family reunion. This house was perfect for us. New updated appliances. Spacious Bathroom, Rooms were close to each other which was perfect for our kids. Very quiet neighborhood. If we come back to Dubuque, I will be looking to rent this location out again.

Great small home for just my husband & I to stay. Easy & quick to get to from where we had to go every day. Great quiet neighborhood and close to shopping nearby. We'll definitely come here again next year if possible. Luke is very quick to respond to any concerns you may have during your stay. Nice for handicapped people as well as there's only 1 step up into the home. Can't say anything else but awesome!

The location of this property is great. Easy to find and close to stores. Check in process is great and check out is super easy, just turn off lights and lock doors. Very nice to not have cleaning instructions. Communication was quick when needed. The space is beautifully remodeled and decorated very nicely. Bathroom is very large and clean. I feel there could be a better job of cleaning in other areas. The floors were not very clean, there was a food container left in the fridge, spiderwebs in corners. We weren’t able to use the pull out couch as planned because it was very dirty. I wasn’t thrilled with the air conditioning unit saying that there was an issue keeping the humidity down so therefore the place was pretty sticky and humid and when told about the problem, owner said he’d look into it Monday after we checked out. The place also smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking home. I do think that maybe the smoke smell was drifting in from neighbors because only one of the rooms smelled more strongly of smoke. Overall though, I would stay again and it was perfect for our needs.
