It is basically the basement but is really quite well done. Very clean. Perfectly located with such a rich variety of dining options. Close to the botanic gardens and just steps away from a spectacular Saturday farmers market. Highly recommend

Our stay was excellent! It was the perfect size and space for our stay. Like new condition and very clean. John was responsive to messages and communicative of things to do close by. We were able to park in front on the street with no issues.

The place is clean and roomie. Host is very responsive. We were cold on the first night and when we ask the host, he immediately brought us two space heaters which we were very much appreciated.
