The condo was very clean. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, towels, and trash bags provided. The mattresses were so comfortable. Being from South Georgia, we love our sweet tea. There wasn’t any type of pitcher, so we had to buy one. I would recommend a crockpot or air fryer to add to the kitchen items. Other than that, we had what we needed to prepare meals. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Had a pool and ocean view. I had to contact the owner for an issue (on our end) and Joe was very responsive and came to the condo to fix the issue. Communication was awesome! If you have trouble with climbing, you definitely need a ground floor unit. We were in building 19 on the 2nd level. No elevator, so there are stairs up to the 2nd floor. You also have stairs (2nd level condos) up to the bedrooms. I will definitely be back!

Great week at beach with family. 3rd time renting here and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Feels like home.

We love Summerhouse! My family has been staying there for a number of years - you can’t beat the location, the beach, the pool, the amenities, or the weather. We love Summerhouse because it allows the family to be close yet separate at the end of the day for a bit of quiet time. The area continues to grow but we have never felt like we were over crowded.

great!
