This property was beautiful; the house is exactly as described online. The house was very clean & there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beach access is directly across from the house, my favorite part was the private beach, so it was not crowded & no one could just come & set their chairs up right in front of us, which is great. There is a public beach access right next to where we were, which got very crowded, but security kept them in the public area.The only "bad" thing & this is not against the property owners, but there are several sets of steps going to the beach, my parents, who both have mobility issues, had a hard time getting to/from the beach & it is also difficult, as we had a cart for our Granddaughter, so she could nap, we had to have 2 people carry it down the steps. I wish there was a ramp, that would have made it much easier to access the beach. Definitely not handicap accessible. Kim & Andy were very quick in answering our text messages, anything we had 'issues' with were taken care of immediately. They communicated with us very well. All in all, we had a great time, loved the area & would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very nice house. The kitchen needs some love. With 10 adults we typically cook dinner most nights. The oven did not work properly. The dishwasher seemed like it was going to fall out of the cabinet. The kitchen supplies were bleak. I realize there are hundreds of people staying here over the summer and some don’t treat like their own home but we do and for the price point I was disappointed in the kitchen.
