Great communication. House had every thing we needed and it was a convenient location- super close to all the dog friendly stuff in Gulfport :)

The host was considerate with effective communication until check out . There were some concerns during the stay, but was addressed promptly with communication. Feedback was provided after checkout but no feedback received as of yet ( at least 7 hours ago); therefore unable to provide information. Parking is located on the street. Takeaway, if there’s a concern that can be addressed, the host will address it.

We enjoyed the wonderful St Pete location! It was terrific to walk to our grandson’s house!! They enjoyed visiting us there too!!

Was pretty disappointed with the proper overall. The area wasn’t the greatest and they have not followed through with the upkeep on the property. For instance, paint peeling in large portions in the bathroom, funky smells, no maintenance to the backyard (leaves everywhere). But, the worst were the beds. Neither bed had box springs and the mattresses were horrible and lumpy. They were laid directly on slats with a small piece of plywood underneath. Not at all what I would expect with what they charged for the property. All in all, not the worst but I would choose a different location on a return trip to St. Petersburg.
