The unit was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home and had the good fortune of meeting Patra briefly when she stopped by the neighboring unit—she is lovely! While a duplex, there is no feeling of “neighbor noise”, and the shared backyard is large and well-kept, lots of seating. Great spot, right across from the beach, great walk into town, small market next door, and all the beach gear in-house. We cooked several meals, and had most of what we needed to do so. A nice neighborhood, and wonderful hosts.

The property was immaculate! It was a very conveniently designed place -- full bathrooms on each floor with generous sized bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room was also wonderful for preparing meals and gathering.And other than being *right* on the beach, you cannot get any closer -- it was literally across the road, with direct access to the public beach. The exterior shower in the driveway was also super helpful for being able to rinse off the sand when coming back.One advisory: There is a railroad line right in the backyard. There are several Amtrak trains a day, as well as a few freight trains. But, we are rail fans, and this was a bonus! We walked up to the tracks to watch the trains go by a few times, as well as to enjoy the sunset over the pond on the other side of the tracks.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious with 4 bedrooms including a large master suite. The 3 full bathrooms were a nice feature. Even though it was Novermber we enjoyed the easy acess to the gorgeous sandy beach across the street. The home was stocked with all the things we needed and kept very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were easy to communicate with too.

Property was nice and great location. There were issues with cleanliness of two beds. Owner was very responsive but the property mgmt company did him a disservice.
