Our family of 5 had such an amazing time, and this location along 30A was perfect. The beach is right across the street, so we felt like we had the beachfront experience for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend. We also loved having donuts/coffee, the pizza place (so good!), and the snow cone/ice cream place within a few steps. The bike rental shop was also just a short walk from the condo, and there was plenty of bike parking everywhere we went. Publix and everything up and down the coast was accessible by bike (Seaside/Watercolor to Rosemary/Alys Beach or further).We originally booked a larger property in the same building, but had to change our dates. Our host, Jeffrey, was very fast to respond to every message, and let us know that this property was available, but it was smaller. I appreciated his warning, as we had three teen boys and this unit has two bunk beds in the hall, a pull out couch, and one bedroom for the parents. We made this work just fine by keeping the suitcases in the car. A family of 4 with younger kids would probably be the most comfortable here, but I didn’t mind paying a little less and sharing one shower. It never ran out of hot water even with 5 of us.

This property was exactly what we wanted. The beach was so close with easy access. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It exceeded all of our expectations! It was very clean, comfy beds, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and very short walk to the beach. Todd went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The washer/dryer in the condo was a great amenity. We loved and really enjoyed the 2 bikes that come with the condo also! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful condo with our family! We have found our forever vacation spot and cannot wait to return to playa bonita !
