We rented the house for a friends weekend with 7 people and it was perfect! The property is well taken care of and had everything we needed to cook in and enjoy the hot tub and sauna, and it is close to great hiking, rafting, and swimming spots in the adirondacks! The hosts were very communicative and easy to reach, a quick tip though, make sure to take a screenshot of the door code and wifi information before you arrive since service can be spotty in the mountains.I'll definitely rent this property out again if I'm back in the adirondacks!

Perfect house for our family ski weekend at Gore! We loved the hot tub and plenty of beds and baths for everyone. Great communication with the manager and easy rental experience. Would definitely rent again.

Overall:The stay was okay, with a few positives, but it didn’t quite meet expectations.Pros:Hot water worked well in all bathrooms, which can be unusual in rentals. Name brand shampoo and conditioner were provided - also unusual, the hot tub was hot enough, and there were plenty of towels. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Very close to Gore, as promised.Cons:We booked this over other properties for the sauna, but when we tried to use it the room began filling with smoke, so we weren’t able to enjoy it. The house is older than expected and didn’t feel especially fresh. The kitchen had a slight smell, and we noticed dust buildup on radiators and windows, dust in corners, and small hairs on the floors in two bathrooms.This might work for guests who mostly want hot tub access, and a lot of beds, but we were hoping for something a bit newer and cleaner. Fine for a short stay, though probably wouldn’t book again unless upkeep improves.
