We loved our stay, great property in a peaceful location but good access to the towns. Very modern interior. Good client service by the team.

Beautiful villa, great location, amazing swimming pool.

The property was beautiful and very clean, with amazing views, lovely rooms and bathrooms. We felt an outside covered seating area down by the pool for eating out lunch and dinner would have worked really well, as it was very hot and not much shade, the upper covered seating area was often in sun making it too hot for eating. Fantastic, best pool ever. Owner Very helpful, kept in touch all the time and responded when we had any issues, 10/10.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Acquaviva. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool are fabulous. We enjoyed using the bbq, outdoor terrace and pool area everyday - and there is a separate kitchen and toilet that is located by the pool. We were a group of 7 adults and we enjoyed the walk to Panicale which is a very old, authentic Italian hilltop town - we enjoyed coffee in the piazza, and an evening meal on the terrace of Hotel Rastrello. It is quite a steep hill from the villa to the main road, but we are all reasonably fit adults so did not find it a problem.
