The location is excellent. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 5 storey block containing 25 flats and overlooks the sea. There are around a dozen blocks contained within a gated complex providing secure parking. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The balcony is a decent size and benefits from the sun from late morning. The apartment itself has good WiFi, a decent washing machine, plentiful hot water and sufficient utensils .

Both the bathroom and the kitchen are very dated and in need of replacement. The bath has a significant chip in it, the bidet does not work, there are stains on the unit and the shower which is above the bath is difficult to control and inevitably leads to a wet floor. The kitchen whilst containing plenty of crockery does not have a dishwasher and would also benefit from a larger kettle. The bedroom has a decent size wardrobe with drawers contained within it but there is only one bedside cabinet and for the bed two pillows of poor quality.

Douche zo hier beter staan.
