Incredible apartment in a medieval building. One of the best places we stayed on our 30 day journey through the UK. Located right in the heart of The Rows area of old town Chester. Felt like we stepped back in time. Highly recommended.

Lots of stairs but that's to be expected in a 17th century building.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and beautiful decoration

Needed instructions for the microwave 🤭😂

Luxury room right in the centre of town. The slipper bath was a treat.

The blind in the bedroom didn’t work. We managed.

Beautiful apartment. Great location

We booked 2 apartments. 1 for 4 people and 1 for 2 people. The sofa bed was not made up and there wasn't enough bedding to make the bed up properly. The sofa bed had stains on the mattress. The sofa itself had white stains on too. The mirror in the lounge is unclean, everything was dusty. Smell coming from the copper bath in the bedroom. There is a large amount of bedding in bags in the stairway - some of this looked clean but some were in open bags and definitely dirty. Blinds in the loft apartment are broken so no way to shut out the light in the morning.
