Excellent location
No lift and having to access the garage then 3 flights of stairs

The Apartment was cozy, comfortable, warm and tucked away in a convenient location close to a supermarket and downtown Dunedin. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The balcony which includes an outdoor heater, table and seating was a bonus.
Had no car so can’t comment on parking facilities.Weather was good so external stairs were fine and lit at night.Internal staircase had a handrail on one side but was open on the other so care needs to be taken when using.

I liked the outdoor seating area
We were given two different numbers. One by booking.com which was incorrect and one by the host
