Our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Kadir for his kindness, helpfulness, and thoughtful service. He truly made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Close to Taskim
Their machine 'conveniently' declined all 3 cards I presented and none of them had any problems before or after that. Had to pay cash at the end. Water shutoff happened during the night and it was scheduled by the city but the staff didn't mention that to us during check-in... We were left without water for several hours at night and in the morning.
