Beautiful setting. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend this place as a jewel.

Awesome little cabin! Check in, entry, instructions, and check out was easy-peasy. Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The AC/heater worked great in both modes (warm days, cold nights). The kids (older teens) had a great time catching and releasing several catfish despite the rainy conditions we had. Host was gracious about the wet weather and offered extra towels/etc if needed. The donkey and mini-donkeys were pretty cool, too. They got all the leftover carrots when we left! We've recommended it to friends that travel to College Station often and they plan on booking it for their next trip. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel that way.

The Whitlock cabin was awesome. The family and I had a great time staying there. It was very private but close to everything. Lee was the best host ever.

We are so thrilled we found this gem. We were in town to take our son to a TAMU track meet and once we got there I was secretly sad we weren’t going to be able to spend much time here. We loved the little cabin, the AC was great, the beds were comfy, the bath tub was phenomenal, the outside shower had great pressure. We will definitely be back and will always look for the Whitlock cabin first.
