We booked this house for a corporate retreat, and could not have asked for more. Scottsdale in April is always beautiful and this home only added to the beauty. Sufficient beds and baths to give each guest privacy, but plenty of community space to allow for time together. The outdoor space is definitely the highlight of the home. Outdoor kitchen and dining, massive sliding glass doors, loungers, an outdoor bar with sound system, and all of the water features- pool, hot tub, waterfall, lazy river- all make for the best stay.We cannot wait to return!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how spectacular HOHZO On the River is. From the very first interaction with Sean and his team to the moment you have to sadly leave, you will be amazed. Sean, Melissa, and Nick immediately respond to inquiries and needs and ensure your experience is beyond five-star. The home is spacious, immaculate, and spread out enough so that you can retreat for some quiet time if you don’t want to partake in the huge kitchen and family room, game and movie room, or lounge by the biggest pool I have ever seen in a rental property. The waterfall, lazy river, and misters kept us cool on the string of 106 degree days Phoenix was experiencing while we were there. My family and I travel to the Phoenix area every year, and will definitely be staying at this magnificent property again.

Absolutely amazing. Perfectly clean. Great neighborhood. Quiet and safe. We used the chef, bartender, fitness instructor, and massage therapist….all were wonderful and we highly recommend them. We have rented here for the past three years and will be renting again next year as well. Thank you for such a perfect experience every single time!

Hot tub and pool were fantastic! Easy to operate and very clean
