Tim's place has the absolute perfect location in Ptown! The space was ample, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again!

F you are looking for an amazing property where you are just moments away from everything happening than look no farther. You get a very spacious living room and even from the comfort of the couch or relaxing on the balcony you are still connected to the live action happening just steps from your door. During our stay we could open the windows and enjoy the live music happening on commercial street. We had an easy access walk to any restaurants and events we were looking to attend. This location also gave us the amazing ability to step away from everything without being an exhausting 10 minute walk or going up a hill like other homes. Highly recommend and look forward to my next stay at this location.

Right in the center of it all, steps from the dock with the ferry. Spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and wifi. We were four adult friends, each with our own room, lots of space. We'd come back.

Beautiful space that was in the center of town. Plenty of space for a larger group. The living room was large and spacious, which made it a great place to hang out with my family. Easy to access and loved the huge windows next to the dining room table.
