O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
This house is right on the bay with a staircase down to the water.
The house has an outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor shower.
There are three decks. Each deck is furnished. On the one deck, you can find an amazing Webber BBQ. The other deck has an outdoor couch and umbrella. The final deck is closest to the water and has some chairs for a great view.
There is also a garage that has been converted into a game room.
The garage no longer can store vehicles however it can be used for fun.
There is a ping pong table as well as a foosball table. There is also a couch in this room.
We are always trying to upgrade our game room.
The house also has any basic cooking supplies that might be needed.
There is a balcony upstairs that is attached to one of the bedrooms.
The house is very spacious, yet due to its design, it feels very connected. It is a perfect place to keep an eye on children or to have everyone together.
We do offer Kayaking and paddle boarding. Users MUST wear a life jacket and have the proper safety devices. The water in the bay could sometimes have extremely strong currents. You need to be cautious. We would be willing to do longer rentals if interested please contact. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at a beautiful home.

The view was terrific and the closeness to the bridge to the beach was great. Parking for one day $40 is a bit high but guess that is the going rate. I wish the listing showed they had beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to transport them. Hot tub and grill worked perfectly. The evening before we arrived I still did not have the check in info which was a bit worrisome but after that the owner was very responsive. The bay water at low tide affords a beach right in front of the property but at high tide you would have to step into the water (not too deep). Use of kayaks and paddleboards was a plus.

This lovely spacious home has a beautiful view
of Shinnecock Bay. The house is very convenient to the beaches, a variety of restaurants, and shopping in Southampton and Westhampton. The communication
with our property manager was exceptional.
The house was very clean and had many special welcoming touches. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return.
