It’s the perfect base for exploring Passau, the Bavarian Forest, and the beautiful Danube landscape.

We have completely refurnished the apartment with high-quality furnishings.
It is equipped with a fast, free, and stable internet connection (300 MB),
an online workspace,
a smart HDTV flat-screen TV including free Netflix & Prime Video (optional),
a fully equipped kitchenette for cooking and baking,
Espresso and Senseo coffee machines for your morning coffee and throughout the day,

a separate bathroom with a rainforest shower and massage shower, as well as toiletries.

The large outdoor area with its own private garden features comfortable outdoor seating.
Here you can wonderfully enjoy the great outdoors all day long and just relax;

For guests who would like to explore the surrounding area, the nearby beer gardens, Passau, or the Danube Cycle Path,
we offer 2 brand-new e-bikes. (Optional).
We have plenty of up-to-date information materials, as well as biking and hiking maps.

For guests staying longer than a week, we’re also happy to provide free use of our washing machine.
