The cottage "La maisonnette" welcomes you to the south of France on the edge of a small Cevennes village, near Anduze in a quiet and not overlooked area, having just obtained a classification as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.
With a surface area of 50m2 with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 6 people, completely new and air-conditioned.
On the first floor a living room with a 140 sofa bed and dining room opening onto an open kitchen with everything you need (fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, Senseo, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine.)
A flat-screen TV is available.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
(Hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner).
Upstairs the 2 bedrooms with skylights are composed as follows:
1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed
1 bedroom with 90x200 and 90x190 drawer bed
An office or dressing table area.
Toddlers are welcome, travel cot with a real mattress, high chair, small bathtub, all on request (free of charge).

The cottage has an adjoining wooden terrace with a table, a plancha and a barbecue.
