The apartment is located in a quiet village just 5 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como.

It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or a romantic dinner.
The master bedroom has a double bed.
Upon request, we can accommodate a child from newborn to age 3.
The apartment is located in the heart of the small village of Lezzeno.
Within walking distance, you’ll find 4 restaurants, a grocery store, a bar, a public beach, and a boat rental company.

- HOUSE RULES -
PASSPORT REGISTRATION:
We will request passports from everyone in your group upon arrival for passport registration; this is required by the local police and for tourism statistics for the Lombardy Region.
TOURIST TAX
Please note that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of €1 per person (children under 13 years of age are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH at check-in.
SERVICE CHARGE
The gratuities of €80 includes: linens, towels, and final cleaning.
For stays longer than 10 days, there is an additional cleaning of the apartment and a free change of sheets and towels midway through the stay (absolutely free).
Baby cot (free, but only upon advance request)
HEATING
Heating is not included in the price but is charged at €10 per day; please remember to turn it down when you are not in the apartment.
LATE CHECK-IN
A late check-in fee (AFTER 9:30 p.m.) of €30 will apply, payable in cash.
CHECK-OUT is by 10:00 a.m.
