No question this is the ideal property for those attending the ASV tournament. It's super clean, spacious, and so close to the ASV you can even walk if so inclined. Benny was super responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Perfect home for our family needs. Plenty of space in kitchen and living area. Clean and easy to get around the town. Loved it. Would stay again!

Absolutely loved that we were only a mile up the street from ASV. Had plenty of time between games to drive back for meals at the house instead of buying food. The house was very clean and nicely decorated.

Location is great. House is comfortable. We did have to buy a few things (pan, wine opener) but the host reimbursed us. Best complimentary cookies when we arrived. Only suggestion would be for some comfy front porch patio furniture. These Texans enjoyed coffee in the cooler temp in the mornings!
