Awesome

The condo was awesome. The host and facility staff made our stay most enjoyable. Thanks for a great experience

A few miscommunications occurred, but it was eventually resolved. The condo was spacious and big enough for our family of 10. The big ice maker was a bonus. 4 beach chairs are provided, with more to rent on the beach.

The property was great, the host was wonderful but we probably won't be back due to the absolute rude guy over the rental umbrellas. We mistakenly thought one was included with our condo (and would have paid to rent one if he had been cordial) we set our things beside it, the younger guy came and opened the umbrella up for us. Then the other guy came and was immediately rude jerked the umbrella up, slammed it closed and almost hit my daughter in the face in the process. Instead of just telling us that we had to rent it, he started yelling, you don't touch them until they are rented, cash or card, move now, until it's paid. My husband is a police officer and deals with obnoxious people daily and usually doesn't get upset, but he says we won't be back there because of this. We talked to the property manager, she said they aren't Jade East employees, but are contractors. Your choice of contractors have cost you guys a re rental of this property. Then a couple of days later we were coming out to the beach with our hands full, he was coming through the gate and when he realized it was us, he slammed the gate shut in our faces so we would have to sit stuff down to input the code. It was completely rude and childish behavior and not how anyone should treat the guests paying to stay at the property. We also have our own business and I would absolutely fire ANY of our employees who treated other people the way he did us.
