The location to our event was great in that we could get to Helotes quickly and there were many good restaurants close by. Our only issue was a few beer and wine bottles were left in back yard. Other than that our host was quick with responses. We would stay there again.

Plenty of space to spread out! Really enjoyed our time here for our sons graduaTin. The host is super attentive and does a fabulous job of checking on guests! Very pleased!

Cleanliness was a bit lacking and no plastic cups for hot tub. Tree patio is so charming and location to six flags is great.
