What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer. The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together. The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and would happily return.

What a beautiful property! We went on a large group trip and everyone had an amazing time. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and the house smelled clean when we got there. The kitchen equipment was amazing, well stocked and we were able to cook meals for 23 people with no problem. Host was very responsive from booking to checkout. We have no complaints and had the best weekend!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Our large family enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The host made check in easy and was readily available if needed. The location in Goshen was convenient to stores and restaurants as well as entertainment places like Legoland. All in all a great place to stay.

This villa has everything that you would need for a family/friends get together. My partner and I booked this villa for our wedding party our wedding venue was just 2 miles away. There are two other houses on the lot and our friend’s family were able to book one to be extra close to us. The rooms were clean, spacious and everyone had their own room and privacy. We had a total of 4 kids and they were in wonderland on the third floor where the play room is located. Check-in and out was seamless and JT provided detailed instructions during our stay and was very responsive with any inquiries. To anyone that is tying the knot around the area or visiting Orange County, I highly recommend booking this villa. We did our get ready photos and first look here and it was absolutely stunning.
