We stayed here while in the area for the World Cup and some college visits. Overall an extremely nice stay and the hosts were all extremely friendly. The only even potentially negative thing I might have has to do with the air conditioning. We visited during a hot spell and the house has window air conditioners in the two bedrooms and one in the living room. These were all working on overdrive to try to keep the house at a reasonable temperature. If visiting during a time period when heat may be a factor, especially if you are like our family that likes the inside of the house cool (we like 68-69F), this might be an issue. Could potentially be time to upgrade the window AC units and move to larger models, especially in the living room.

Great cottage tucked away from the bustle of Framingham, but still a quick walk to the village green. Lovely surroundings and nice facilities. Second floor ceiling is not very high but we fit just fine.
