Location, convenience and staff was amazing

Actually, nothing.. All was perfect

I had a pleasant stay at Travelholic 90 Residence overall, although there were a few issues with cleanliness when I first arrived. However, I would like to highlight how helpful and professional the reception staff were. They were very responsive to my concerns and immediately provided everything I requested, including fresh towels, bedsheets, a duvet cover, pillow covers, and a few other missing items in the room. Everyone at the reception was friendly, cooperative, and genuinely helpful. The following morning, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the difference was remarkable. After the cleaning, everything was very clean and comfortable, and I was much more satisfied with the room. So while I would recommend paying more attention to the cleanliness and preparation of rooms before guests arrive, I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff responded and resolved the issues. Thank you to the reception team for their excellent assistance.
