Современные красивые апарты, удобно брать несколько комнат на компанию и жить по соседству. Огромная красивейшая терасса с роскошным видом на море. Каждый день засыпали и просыпались под звуки волн, пение птиц и шум жд (мы любим поезда очень). Очень хорошо отдохнули. А еще нравится, что нет назойливого сервиса какого-то, но при этом по запросу все быстро решается и организовывается.

Без машины нужно учитывать, что до ближайшего магазина далековато, но такси дешевое, да и кафешка в здании с ресепшеном была вкусная, так что мы в основном в ней и питались. С тачкой просто идеальное расположение. Короче говоря, минусы особо и минусами-то не являются.

The location was nice overall: nice views to the sea, quiet area, but it’s generally hard to get to by car and is far from shops and restaurants.

We couldn’t get the cleaning booked properly, few times we agreed on cleaning day and they won’t show up at all. So apartment wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there.

Это были апартаменты без завтрака. Поэтому завтрак мы готовили сами и он нам очень нравился, поскольку все необходимое - плита, микроволновка, чайник, чашки-тарелки - на нашей кухне было. Конечно, было бы здорово видеть больше моря с нашего балкона.

Нам показалось, что довольно сильно завышен ценник в ресторане. Прекрасное обслуживание, вкусные блюда, но счет слегка удивляет. И немного мешали по утрам гудки поезда под окном.

The overall style and amenities,especially the stove (useful for families with children). Vacuum cleaner,sweepers,mops,ironing station,TV,kitchenette with utensils,fridge with a freezer,washing machine,dishwasher are amazing-working,new or likely used. I assume the apartment complex is for long rentals rather for a short stay as we didn’t use it to the fullest -stayed for 4 days.

1)We were provided with the room different from the picture (studio): different plan,furniture,amenities,sea view. As we came as a large group (30ppl) and everyone booked the rooms to their liking, I can safely say that the pictures for each room are just shuffled pics of all the rooms available. Contacted the staff-they confirmed the room in my booking had been taken. Soo there wasn’t a coffee machine (in fact,no room had a coffee machine); no bath rug; only 1 toilet roll for the whole stay; room service to change the towels (not the sheets btw)-once every 3 days. 2)door codes are the same for all the rooms - only 2 digits difference (room number)-anyone can enter and take whatever they want. 3)the hotel (or rather apart complex) is in the outskirts of Batumi, so the nearest cafe is on the beach (Palm Beach,worth checking out) in 20 min; the grocery sho (very small) in like 15min. There is a cafe in one of the building,but it’s very overpriced: spaghetti is 47gel (~19usd),small pizza is 34gel (~13usd). 4)no water stations-so buying water or boiling in the kettle are the options.
